MatterControl offers the ability to switch between one of three slicing engines: MatterSlice, CuraEngine, and Slic3r.
Location
Navigate to Settings & Controls -> Options.
Next select the 'Configuration' tab. The Slice Engine selection is located underneath 'Application Settings'.
How It Works
The Slice Engine drop down menu allows the user to switch between slicing engines.
