Development/Build Dependencies

MatterControl relies on the following repositories
- agg-sharp
- MatterControlPlugins
- MatterSlice
They need to be at the same directory level as MatterControl for the MatterControl solution file to work correctly. As an example each of these projects could be downloaded to: c:Development[project name] and then the solution file in c:DevelopmentMatterControl should compile and create a usable version of MatterControl.
