Function

The percentage of extrusion width that overlaps on the previous layer which will trigger support material generation.

This replaces the Amount setting which was deprecated in version 1.5.

Parameters

  • percent (%)

Presets

  • Little : 10%
  • Standard : 50%
  • Lots : 90%
  • Custom : user-defined

Example(s)

percent

In this example, a layer with an extrusion width which hangs 50% off over the previous layer will have support material generated.
